I'm an engineer. I dreamed I was at a high school, there to pick up some tools from previous work. As I was walking in the school grounds I noticed a caretaker looking at me and realised I had a bunch of keys on my belt belonging to the school and made a mental note to make sure I handed them in before I left. While walking through the school, my ex wife (a teacher whom I'd had no contact with for 20 years) came out of side corridor, saw me, and her face turned to shock. She immediately turned away and walked back the way she had come. I was disturbed by this but carried on to the location I'd left my tools. When I got there I found my toolbox but most of the tools were scattered and I kept finding more tools to put back in my toolbox. Once I'd finally put all the tools back and closed my toolbox, for some reason I decided to walk back through the school to see if I could spot my ex wife, leaving my toolbox where it was as it was large and heavy. Somehow, while walking through the school grounds I got lost twice and had to ask strangers for help to relocate the school. Once back in the school I decided to just get my toolbox and leave, having not spotted my ex wife while wandering. It was then I realised I'd lost the bunch of school keys I was going to hand back in. I went back to the room where my toolbox was located but couldn't find they keys. Carrying my toolbox I went to find the caretaker to inform him I'd dropped the bunch of keys on the school premises. I got lost once again and was wondering how to get back to the school when I bumped into a teacher who lead me back to the school. Once back inside he ran off and I couldn't find him. I then realised the school had been locked up and I was trapped inside. Luckily, a different caretaker came walking by and I explained what had happened. He was understanding and lead me out of the school and back to my car in the car park and said he'd look for the keys. I then woke up.
